Pick up at Fasswerk

You can pick up your order free of charge from our workshop: Fasswerk Hämmerle, Blumenfeldstrasse 22, 9403 Goldach. We will inform you as soon as the order is ready for pick-up (approx. 4 to 8 weeks after payment).

Shipping by Fasswerk

All orders over 30 kg are delivered by carrier. You will receive an e-mail with exact details as soon as the order leaves our workshop (approx. 4 to 8 weeks after payment). All deliveries are to be understood as curbside deliveries without disposal of the packaging material. You will find further information in our GTCs.

Shipping by PostPac Economy

Within Switzerland we ship all orders under 30 kg with the Swiss Post.

Shipping Costs

The delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process. The Prices in CHF include 7.7% VAT.

Payment

Payment is made in advance by credit card or direct bank transfer. After receipt of payment your order will be processed and we will start with the production.

International Shipping

We also deliver your order to Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark and the USA (islands excluded). You will receive an e-mail with exact details as soon as the order leaves our workshop (approx. 6 to 12 weeks after payment). For more detailed information please read our GTCs. Please note that the indicated prices in Euro may vary. We reserve the right to adjust the prices at any time. The delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process. After confirmation of purchase and delivery, further costs may be incurred by the shipping company (customs & taxes of the respective country) for delivery abroad.
